We must be notified by email within 14 days of the purchase date, your intention to exchange within this period. The item must be returned in its original packaging by registered mail. All postage costs will be payable by the purchaser prior to receiving an exchange item. There is a limit of up to three possible exchanges if required.

Paul Taylor uses the best possible components that are German engineered providing impeccable quality. They will last for decades if treated well.
