RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There is a 14 day exchange policy should you not be happy with your selection of eyewear or sunglasses for whatever reason, this excludes sale items. There are no refunds due to the personal nature of the products. We have a virtual try on available so you can see the design on you. They look a whole lot better in real life. This will give you a great indication however and you can be very confident with your choices. We must be notified by email within 14 days of the purchase date, your intention to exchange within this period. Any items that are to be exchanged must be returned in its original packaging by registered mail. There is a limit of up to three possible exchanges if required.
SALE ITEMS: There is no exchange on sale items, however, it is permissible to exchange sale items on one occasion providing that you have purchased $500.00 or more in the one online transaction. This can consist of multiple items in this one transaction that amounts to $500.00 or more. There will be a $20.00 handling fee within Australia & $50.00 outside of Australia for the dispatching of exchanged SALE items. This fee only applies to sale items.
