Orders and shipping
Yes, on qualifying orders. Within Australia, orders over AU$150 ship free by Express Post. Orders under AU$150 are AU$12 by regular post.
Outside Australia (including New Zealand), orders of AU$400 or more ship free by express post. Orders under AU$400 have a flat AU$50 charge, and USA orders go by regular post.
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time then depends on where you are and the shipping service. You'll get tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.
Yes. Paul Taylor eyewear is sold through independent optometrists and boutiques. Use our stockist locator to find your nearest store.
Returns and exchanges
We don't offer refunds because eyewear is a personal product. You can exchange full-price eyewear and sunglasses within 14 days of purchase.
Email us within 14 days of purchase to let us know you'd like an exchange. Then send the frames back by registered mail in their original packaging. You can exchange up to three times.
Sale items generally can't be exchanged. If a single online order totals $500 or more, you can make one exchange. A handling fee applies: $20 within Australia or $50 outside Australia.
Warranty and care
Yes. All Paul Taylor eyewear and sunglasses carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty, which covers components such as hinges. It doesn't cover wear and tear or sale items.

Take your glasses off with two hands, lifting straight off rather than across your face. Rinse them regularly in cold soapy water and dry them gently with a plain tissue (not one with aloe vera). Clean lenses with your Paul Taylor microfibre cloth. Treated well, your frames will last for decades. See our customer care tips.
Fit and choosing frames
Each frame lists its eye size, bridge and temple length in millimetres (for example 51–19–140). Compare these with a pair you already own and love. Our free Finding the right frames guide also walks you through shape and fit.
Yes. Use our virtual try-on to see any frame on your face in seconds, or visit a stockist to try the real thing.
Yes. All our optical frames are made for prescription lenses. Take your frames to your optometrist, or buy through a stockist who can fit your lenses in store.
